Preheat the Instapot by selecting saute. Open
the can of crescent rolls and roll the dough
out flat. Roll each wedge of apple in 1
crescent roll. Add the butter to the Instapot
and select cancel. Add the sugar, vanilla,
cinnamon, and nutmeg and stir until melted.
Place the dumplings side by side in the
Instapot. Drizzle the apple cider along the
edges. Secure the lid. Select Manual and cook
at high pressure for 10 minutes. Once cooking
is complete, use a natural release. Let it cool
for a few minutes and serve warm, drizzled with
the sugar and cider syrup.
