Preheat oven to 350 deg. and grease 9 X 13 baking sheet with
cooking spray. Place one dough sheet in prepared pan, trimming if
needed. Layer ham, provolone, pepperoni, mozzarella and
pepperoncini. Place dough sheet over the pepperonicni.
Brush oil all over the top of the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan
and oregano. Bake until dough is golden and cooked through, about
35 minutes. If dough is browning too quickly, cover with foil. Let
stand 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
Use can use crescent rolls instead of dough sheet. Pinch seams
together. NOTE- I could never find sliced pepperoncini. So I used
whole pepperoncini, cleaned out seeds and chopped the peppers.
