Preheat oven to 400F. Heat evoo in saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and saute 2-3 minutes, add garlic. Add remaining
ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook
stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. Place meat into 13 x 9
inch pan and then top with mashed potatoes. Bake 20 minutes or
until mashed potatoes golden brown.
