Instructions |

|
Cut potatoes into slanted chips.
Fry in oil @ 350deg. until browned.
|
|
|
Slice onion and fry until browned.
Pour off excess oil.
|
|
|
Whip Eggs in a bowl.
Lower heat in large skillet and mix in eggs until scrambled the way you like.
