1- 4.3 oz. pkg of Rice-A-Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice mix
2 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced mushrooms
3/4 (6 tbsp.) stick of butter

In a skillet, cook chicken cubes.
In a dutch pot heat oil. Saute celery, carrots,
