Butter a 13x9 baking pan and line the bottom with
graham crackers.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt
the butter and brown sugar together. Bring mixture
to a boil while whisking constantly. Once it
reaches a boil, let it remain at a boil for 2-3
minutes while whisking constantly.

Carefully pour the mixture over graham crackers
and let sit 5-10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Put
cracker-lined baking pan in oven and bake 10
minutes.

|
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips
over top of toffee. Return baking pan back to
oven for 1 minute to melt the chips. Remove
from oven and smooth melted chocolate chips
over the toffee by running a spatula over them,
moving back and forth. Let cool completely, cut
into little bars and enjoy
