Don't let the name fool you.

|
Melt butter in nonstick pan over medium heat.
Whisk together thoroughly all other ingredients.

|
Pour mixture into pan. Work fast and constantly to
keep mix in center of pan and as compact as
possible.
|
|
|
Once the edges and bottom are set, flip and
continue cooking another minute or so. Plate and
serve sprinkled with parsley if desired.
