Cut several baking potatoes into 1/2 inch round slices.
Place in a covered casserole dish. Add enough milk to fill the
bottom of the dish. Add 2 inch slice of velveta cheese. Add a
pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with a decent
amount of garlic powder and add 1/2 stick of butter. Stir well, cover and bake at 375
degrees until it looks browned and potatoes are tender.
