1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Line 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan with foil.
3. Combine herbs, chili powder, garlic, 1/4 teas salt &
pepper. Rub over roast
4. Place roast on 1/2 sheet and onions/squash on 1/2
5. drizzle all with 2 t olive oil
6. Roast 15 min
7. Stir vegetables, add grapes
8. Roast 10 to 15 mins more(145 F)
9. Let stand for 5 min before carving
