     Herb rubbed pork loin

Ingredients
2 teasp each Dried herbs-thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary
1/2 teasp chili powder
2 cloves minced garlic
1 to 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
1 squash butter nut or acorn
1/2 red onion, wedges
1 c seedless red grapes
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Line 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan with foil. 3. Combine herbs, chili powder, garlic, 1/4 teas salt & pepper. Rub over roast 4. Place roast on 1/2 sheet and onions/squash on 1/2 5. drizzle all with 2 t olive oil 6. Roast 15 min 7. Stir vegetables, add grapes 8. Roast 10 to 15 mins more(145 F) 9. Let stand for 5 min before carving
