Line a 9x13 or 11x7 pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the carob chips and peanut butter.
Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well after each time,
until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in all the other ingredients.
Spread in the prepared pan. Press top down with parchment or
wax paper so everything holds together.
Chill a minimum of one hour in the refrigerator.
Slice & serve.
