     Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
Idaho or new potatoes (amount you need for your group)
Red onion
Greek seasoning
Pepper
Garlic salt
Salt
Butter
 

Instructions
You may peel your potatoes or not. Wash well; slice potatoes onto a large piece of heavy duty foil. Slice onions and spread on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with seasonings, then place slices of butter on top. Fold foil and seal. cook on outdoor grill for 20 minutes.
Variations- I make these same potatoes in the oven on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. I usually peel my potatoes and slice into a bowl. I put in a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil. I then spread them on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet and put onions on top. I then season them to taste using a variety of seasonings. Sometimes I use only potatoes. Sometimes I use just garlic salt on them and sometimes just coarse kosher salt and pepper, sometimes just plain salt and pepper. We like this many different ways.
