     Bread-Refrigerator Rolls

3/4 Cup Shortening
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Boiling Water
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Pkgs of Yeast
1/2 Cup Tepid Water
1 Tbls. Salt
1 Cup Cold Water
7 Cups Flour

Cream shortening and sugar, pour boiling water over this & stir until dissolved. BE SURE IT IS COOLED OFF.
Add salt and yeast which has been dissolved in tepid water. Add eggs, cold water and 3 cups of flour. Beat.
Add 4 cups flour. Mix. Knead. Let raise until double, punch down & make into rolls, or else put dough into refrigerator. If refrigerated, let rolls rise for 2 hours before baking.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 375.
