     Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients
Biscuits
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup margerine
3/4 cup milk
Gravy - Lindsey to confirm quantities
1 lb of sausage
 
Milk
Butter
Flour
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients and add in milk and margerine. Mix and knead until blended. Dough will be sticky.
Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut out circle shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake on 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Brown sausage in pan. Add in milk, flour, and butter. Cook until sauce thickens.
