     APPLE CAKE

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups apples
 
Instructions
Mix together sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix together and add to above- flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add vanilla, apples, and nuts.
Mix by hand. Very thick. Top with cool whip if desired.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, approx. 1 hour.
