1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 can coconut cream
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4th tsp nutmeg
1/4th tsp ground cloves
Bacardi rum to taste

Make sure that the coconut cream is legit coconut cream, many companies label coconut milk as coconut cream, it should not be liquid but a very thick cream
Combine all ingredients in a large blender (or half of all ingredients if you have a smaller blender and do twice). Can be left virgin or start with 8 oz of rum and increase as desired.
Makes just over 2 25 oz bottles (use bottles that seal very well as you want to shake before serving), leave a gap at the top as the cream may rise and create it's own seal, put in refrigerator to chill, if cream creates a seal just push cream down and shake.
Best served cold and having blended while chilling in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours).
