Ingredients
1 lb ground round
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 Tbs minced onion
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg dry mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
 
Instructions
Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and mushrooms (2 Tbs). Brown. Add soup, 2 Tbs mushrooms, and water. Cook 1 hour. Thicken gravy.
