     Liz's Fish & Bok Choy Stir Fry

1 pound of white fish
1 large bunle of Bok Choy - Chopped
1/2 cup chopped spring/green onion
Salt, Pepper and Soy Sauce

EVOO in a saute or wok. Add bok choy and start to cook. Add soy sauce to personal taste can use Soy Vey Teriyaki sauce as an option. Add fish an onions - salt an pepper to taste. Cook until fish is one and serve with rice.
