     Lemon Chicken and Sauce

Frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Canola oil
Grenadine syrup
Onion powder
Garlic salt
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4)
Frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Grenadine syrup
Finely grated lemon peel
Crisp iceberg lettuce, shredded
Lemon slices, for garnish

Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup (75ml) marinade. Place chicken in sealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade.
Preheat barbecue to medium. Place chicken on greased grill. Close lid. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, turning several times to prevent over browning.
Combine next 5 ingredients in small saucepan. Boil until thickened. Makes about 2/3 cup (150ml) sauce.
Divide lettuce among 4 dinner plates. Place chicken on lettuce. Serve sauce over chicken. Garnish with lemon slices. Serves 4.
