Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and bake at 300 F for 1 hour until the fat is gone and bacon crisp
Mix brown sugar, ketchup and honey. Dip the bacon wrapped chestnuts into the mixture
Bake for one hour.
Watch they will burn fast at the end.
Can be wrapped and baked ahead
