     Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
2 cups onion
4 tbsps butter
2 lbs mushroom chopped to preferred size
2 cups chicken broth
3 tsp dill
1 tbsp paprika
salt and pepper, soy
 
1 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped parsley
squeeze lemon juice

Instructions
1. Sauté onion and butter for 5 minutes 2. Add the mushrooms and cook med. high 3. Add chicken broth, dill, paprika, salt and pepper, soy. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently. 4. Mix milk and flour, then add to the above simmering on low for 10 minutes.
Just before serving add the cream, parsley and lemon juice, heat and serve
