     Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb sausage
2-3 TBL butter
1/3 C/ Flour
3 C. Milk
S & P to taste
Dash Cayenne
Buttermilk Bicuits
 

Instructions
Cook and drain sausage. Add butter and melt. Slowly add flour and mix until you no longer smell it. Just a couple of minutes.
Medium heat, slowly add milk and stir until well mixed. Add spices.
Use either pre made or home made biscuits and while warm, plate, and add gravy.
