     Frosting - Ganache

Ingredients
1 Cup dark Ghiradellie chips
3/4 Cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 C light corn syrup
 

Instructions
Put chocolate chips into bowl
Heat cream in microwave in 30 second intervals until it just boils. Immediately pour cream over chips and stir until chocolate melts.
Add 1/4 C corn syrup to the chocolate and stir until shiny. Place in fridge and let cool 2 hours. There is still one more step.
When ready to use the ganache remove from fridge and whip with electric mixer until fluffy.
Serving Suggestions
Delicious on brownies, cookies, or as the in between layer in cakes.
