Spread brown sugar out on baking sheet for 1-2 hrs. so can dry out. Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well mixed. Or sift into bowl and whisk until mixed.
Sprinkle dry rub mix on all sides of meat (chicken, beef or pork). Wrap or cover meat & refrigerate 1 hr. b/f cooking. Also good seasoning in slower cooker.
