Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Total Time- 45 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 strips raw bacon, crumbled
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar, reserved
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Optional-
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with
aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Add brussel sprouts and bacon to a large bowl and combine
with the olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, salt and
pepper.
Place brussel sprouts and bacon mixture onto the lined baking
dish and bake for 30 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of
balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and stir brussel sprouts.
Continue baking for 10 additional minutes.
Serve immediately with parmesan cheese if desired.
