3 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and nectarine)
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Unfold pie crust and lay on baking sheet lined
with parchment paper.
Mix together diced fruit, sugar, and cornstarch.
Strain to release extra juices.
Pour mixture into pie crust leaving a 2 inch
border.
Fold edges and pinch into pleats.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
