     Baked Potato Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar
3 cups chicken - can used canned
1 cup sour cream
1/2 garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 medium broccoli - cut into bite size pieces
4 tbsp butter
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
 
3 lbs red potatoes - cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place the potatoes in a large pot and boil 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot.
Steam broccoli until softened. Drain any liquid from broccoli. Cook and crumble bacon. Mash the potatoes - add butter, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add the broccoli, chicken, bacon, and 1 cup of cheese to potatoes. Stir to mix thoroughly. Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
