     Velveeta Chip Dip

Ingredients
1/4 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 c salsa
2 tbsp. milk
hot sauce, optional
 

Instructions
Place the sausage and Velveeta into the crock.
Add the salsa and milk. You may need to add more milk if the sauce is too thick. You can also add hot sauce to make it spicier.
Cover and cook on Low for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stir frequently.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips.
