Cook spaghetti. Combine equal parts of each of
the cheeses together in a bowl. Melt butter in
light-colored pan over medium heat. Cook butter
until starts to turn brown. Pour over spaghetti
and mix. May strain butter in fine strainer to
get out small brown bits if desired. Top
portions with generous amount of cheese
mixture.
