     Crab Pie

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat
4 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 cup mayonanaise
1 cup milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced green pepper
 
2 tsp pimentos
2 nine inch deep dish pie shells
Instructions
Combine eggs, flour, mayo and milk in bowl and mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake pie shells at 350 degrees for five minutes and let cool.
Spoon crab mixture into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
