Place baking sheet in oven as it hears to 220°C.
Flatten out pizza crust a bit if needed.
Mix crème frâiche, fromage blanc, and nutmeg. Spread evenly
all over dough. Place the thinly sliced onion and the lardons
evenly over dough.
Place on hot baking sheet and put in oven about 10 minutes,
maybe a couple more. Watch it. Turn on grill to brown up the
top a it at the end.
Let set a minute before slicing with a pizza cutter.
