     GF Instant pot pork roast & mashed potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb pork roast
Allegro marinade
1 large vidalia or sweet onion
1 pkg organic whole carrots
4 russet potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Bay leaves
 
Balsamic vinegar
Minced garlic
1 cup beef stock
1 cup whole milk

Instructions
Marinade pork in allegro for 1 - 8 hours Using olive oil to coat the pot Brown pork on Sauté setting until browned.
Add chopped onion and sauté about 5 minutes. Add garlic and bay leaf and continue to sauté 5 more minutes. Add carrots and saute until they are tender
Add Balsamic to the pot along wit 1 cup beef broth to deglaze pan. Add back the pork and pressure cook for 5 minutes on hi. Vent naturally for 8 minutes.
In a separate pot make gravy using GF Beef gravy mix. Add gravy to pot once venting is done. In a separate pot boil potatoes and make masher potatoes to serve with the pork roast
