Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To make pie filling,
place sugar, flour and salt in mixer bowl, stir to
combine. Add pumpkin, egg and seasonings. Beat with
electric mixer until smooth. Add apples, stir.
Pour mixer into pie crust. Cover edges of crust with
foil and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
To make topping place flour, brown sugar and cinnamon
in small bowl and stir to combine. Add butter and stir
with fork until mixture resembles course crumbs.
Remove foil from edge and sprinkle topping over pie.
Return pie to oven and bake 15 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
