     Orange Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 12 oz tub whipped topping, thawed
1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch round pans.
In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until moistened. Reserve 405 orange slices for decoration. Add remaining oranges to batter and beat well. Pour batter into baking pans and bake 22-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cakes comes out clean.
Cool slightly 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
For the frosting- In a bowl, stir pudding mix and pineapple. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Ice cake. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
