Mix milk and pudding as directed. Mix in cool
whip.
Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with whole graham
crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over graham
crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers.
Pour on the rest of the pudding mix. Add another
layer of graham crackers.
Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, and 1
stick butter. Boil together 2 minutes and pour on
cake. Chill.
