     Salmon Poached in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
Salmon fillet - 1 lb
white wine - 3/4 cup
butter - 1/4 cup
Old Bay - 1.5 to 2 tsp
 

Instructions
Combine the wine, butter and Old Bay and boil for three minutes. Pour mixture over the salmon and back in a pre-heated oven uncovered at 400F for 15 minutes.
