     Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
Romaine lettuce
4Tb grated Parmesan cheese
2Tb mayonnaise
2Tb sour cream
1ts Dijon mustard
Ground black pepper
Salt
 
Instructions
Zest and halve lemon. Wash and chop romaine lettuce. Can also just halve romaine lettuce lengthwise to make a wedge salad. Finely chop garlic.
Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, half the lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, pinch of garlic, Dijon and 1Tb water. Season with salt and pepper.
Dress romaine with dressing.
