4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of white bread
1.25lb ground pork
Sriracha to taste

3Tb sugar
1Tb butter

Instructions
Rinse rice and cook according to manufacturer directions.
Finely chop garlic. In a medium bowl, soak bread with 6Tb water. Let absorb and then break up bread with hand until pasty. Add pork, garlic, sriracha to taste, 1.5ts salt and pepper. Incorporate and roll into 1 inch balls. In a small bowl, combine ponzu, 1/3c of water, and sugar.
Drizzle oil in large pan over medium high heat. Add meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Turn off heat and transfer meatball to plate. Set aside. Wipe pan clean.
Return meatball to pan over medium high heat. Stir in ponzu mixture until the sauce becomes a syrupy glaze. About 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in 1Tb butter. Fluff rice and stop with meatball. Serve with roasted green beans.
