     Stuffing cakes

4 loaves of potato bread
8 stalks of celery
Sweet onion (he chopped, I minced)
2 boxes of Raisin bran
Vegetable stock- butter
Salt and pepper

Saute celery and onions. Add raisins and veg stock.
Break up bread. Mix bread and stock together.
Add raisin bran and then more stock
Make into patty shape and pan fry with lots of salt.
