     Pickled Eggs

Ingredients
36 small or medium size eggs
1 gallon jar
1 tbsp salt
1 bay leaf
2 onions sliced
enough vinegar to cover the eggs
 

Instructions
Boil and peel the eggs
Place in the jar and Fill the jar 1/2 full of water
Add the bay leaf and onions and slat
Fill the jar with enough vinegar to cover the eggs Leave in the fridge 4-7 days before serving
