Ingredients
3 cups sugar
2-1/2 cups vinegar
2tbsp pickling salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 large green onions sliced
1 green pepper sliced
 
Instructions
Cut enough cucumbers to fill a 4 litre ice cream pail
Prepare the brine and pour over the mix
Le sit for 3 days Keeps indefinitely.
