     Triple Cheese Shrimp Dip

18 wonton wrappers
2 1/2 TBS butter melted
1 -8 ounce box of cream cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese (or Mozza)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp mayo
2 cloves garlic minced
1 lbs cooked shrimp shelled and deveined and chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions (reserve 2 tbsp top)
18 extra shrimp to add to the top as well. You can flavour this shrimp however you like, or not at a

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using pastry brush lightly coat 18 holes of standard muffin pans with melted butter. Gently press the wonton skins into muffin pan and brush topside with melted butter using a pastry dish. Bake 8-9 minutes to lightly brown
In a large bowl using mixer beat all the 3 cheeses, mayo, and garlic. Stir in chopped shrimp and green onions
Spoon shrimp mixture into the cooked wonton skins. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with a whole shrimp if you want. If you want to top crispy turn on the broiler for the last few minutes of baking. Stay close
