3lbs ground pork is about 1450 grams
2 medium onions chopped
3 grated carrots
Spices mom uses about 1tsp of each of the following spices
basil 1 tablespoon
garlic powder 1 to 2 tbsp depending on your love of garlic
parsley 1 tablespoon
oregano 2 teaspoons
bread crumbs start with a 1/4 cup at a time then add enough as needed to thicken
salt and pepper to taste

brown the onions remove from the pan cook the pork until not pink, and remove extra fat drippings from the pan by draining in the Colander All all ingredients into a pot and add enough water to covers Add the seaonsings As it cooks remove the fat that is on the top Simmer 30-45mintues Thicken with bread crumbs Add salt and pepper to taste
Fill Pastry shells 9 inch pie shells or muffin tins. In 2019 i filled muffin tins lined with wonton wrappers that had been cooked first in 350 degree oven for about 6-8 minutes.
