     Fudge

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 1/2 (12 ounce) bags of chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped.
 

Instructions
Boil sugar and evaporated milk for 9 minutes. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the boiling mixture over the chocolate chip mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour into a buttered 9X13X2 inch pan. Let site at room temperature for 2 hours. Cut into squares and chill.
Be sure to cut into square before refrigerating. The fudge will harden as it chills. I learned this the hard way when I volunteered in my son's 4th grade classroom at Christmas time. I was in charge of the fudge and several moms brought in chilled uncut fudge. I may have thought some bad words at the time.
