Ingredients
1/2 c cashews (soaked)
1 1/4 c distilled water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c tapioca starch (imperative for stretchiness!)
3/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
1/2 c red peppers if want nacho colored cheese. if not will be white
 

Instructions
blend all in a processor. Pour into a pan and heat on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until in a ball stirring constantly.
