     almond/coconut/peanut butter carob cups

Ingredients
1 c shredded coconut
1/2 c coconut butter melted
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
raw whole almonds, 1 per cup
peanut butter, 1 tsp per cup
cupcake liners
homemade carob melt
 

Instructions
Coconut mix- Add the shredded Coconut, melted Coconut Butter, Maple Syrup, Vanilla powder, and Salt to a medium bowl. Mix well. Coconut carob (Mounds) cups- Put carob melt into cupcake liner then add coconut mix and top with carob melt. Almond Coconut (Almond Joy) Cups- Put carob melt into cupcake liner then add coconut mix and top with carob melt and place 1-2 almonds within the top carob layer or can grind and sprinkle almonds on top. Peanut Butter (Reese's) cups- Put carob melt into cupcake liner then add peanut butter and top with carob melt.
