     muffins-carob, banana peanut butter

Ingredients
1/4 c carob powder
3/4 c peanut butter
2 large bananas
1/4 c - 1 tbs maple syrup
3 tbs almond flour
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. By hand with the fork, start mixing your bananas.Add peanut butter, then carob powder and maple syrup. Mix to incorporate the ingredients well. Finally add remaining ingredients. When mixed, the mixture should still be slightly thick (not runny). Pour mixture into muffin trays. You can fill them up as they will not rise. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven. It can be even a bit longer. After being baked, muffins should be nice and gooey and not dry.
