     sauce-garlic with veggies and soy curls

Ingredients
1 c distilled water
2 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
2 1/2 tbs arrowroot starch
3 tbs toasted sesame seeds
vegetables
soy curls or veg meat of choice
 

Instructions
To prepare sauce, boil 1 cup of water with 2 ˝ t. garlic. Dissolve cornstarch in salt and whisk into boiling water. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds and stir until thick and cornstarch clears. Sauté vegetables in ˝ cup water, salt and garlic. Add sauce to veggies, stir, and serve!
