     Crab Cakes (Maryland. no fillers)

1 Lb jumbo lump crabmeat, shredded lightly
1 1/2 tbl cracker crumbs
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 1/2 tbl mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 lemon juiced

preheat broiler
Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs, parsley salt and pepper. Beat egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard and lemon. Combine with crab and mix well. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown
