In electric mixer with paddle attachment whip
butter, sugar until pale and fluffy, mix in egg
yolks, one at a time, blending until just
combined. Mix in vanilla, rum and eggnog. with
mixer on low speed slowly add in dry ingredients
and mix until just combined. Scoop dough out by
heaping tablespoons and drop on parchment lined
baking sheets. Bake 11 minutes. Allow to rest on
baking sheet several minutes before transferring
to a wire rack. Cool completely and then frost
and top with blue sugar and nutmeg
