     Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
6 cups all purpose flour (I use bread flour)
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup boiling water
2 packages yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crisco shortening
3 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
 

Instructions
Cream shortening, salt and sugar. Add boiling water. Add beaten eggs, add yeast mixture gradually, spoon in the flour. Refrigerate for 6 hours, let rise 1 1/2 hours before baking for 15- 20 minutes at 350. Brush with melted butter after baking. DO NOT KNEAD. Dough will be a batter, roll out on a floured surface; cut to desired shape, let rise in warm place.
